Institutional Recognition and Oversight
The Air Safety Foundation (FaSA20) is a non-profit foundation registered with the Spanish National Register of Foundations under registration number 2767.
As a foundation operating under Spanish law, FaSA20 is subject to the oversight and reporting requirements applicable to foundations of national scope in Spain. The Foundation submits its annual accounts and activity plans to the relevant public supervisory authorities and complies with the transparency and governance obligations established by Spanish legislation.
In addition:
- FaSA20 is a member of the Spanish Association of Foundations (Asociación Española de Fundaciones), the leading representative body for the foundation sector in Spain.
- FaSA20 has been recognized as an eligible nonprofit organization within the Microsoft for Nonprofits programme.
These recognitions and oversight mechanisms support the Foundation’s commitment to transparency, accountability, good governance, and public benefit.
